I'm a behavioral ecologist, and I study how animals use and move through the space they occupy, because I believe this framing offers a unique perspective on myriad aspects of animals’ behavioral ecology. I did my Ph.D. on movement behavior and mating systems of Anolis lizards, and am currently studying web architecture in Stegodyphus spiders. You can learn more about my research, as well as find my popular science and other writing, at my website, linked above.
