Darcy Bradley is a PhD candidate at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management undertaking a research program that seeks to improve the management of coral reef associated top predators. Darcy primarily works at Palmyra atoll where she uses multiple methods of population assessment – including spatial capture recapture models and baited remote underwater video surveys – to understand the ecology of reef sharks in the absence of fishing.
